Based in Kallang Way | S$2,500 β S$3,000/month
A hands-on operational role supporting pre-sales, importation, vehicle stock, and dealer coordination. Vehicle technical knowledge is a strong advantage.

Hybrid / Mainly WFH | S$1,500 onwards

Operations Admin / Coordinator
Role Overview
This is a dynamic, multi-faceted operations role based at our Kallang Way office. You will be central to our pre-sales and aftersales workflow β from managing vehicle stock and overseeing importation compliance, to coordinating with dealers and liaising directly with the factory. If you enjoy structure, process, and getting things done, this role is for you.
Location: Kallang Way, Singapore Salary: S$2,500 β S$3,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Eligibility: Singaporeans & PRs only

What We Are Looking For
Is This Role Right for You?
We are seeking candidates who are organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment. You do not need to be a mechanic β but having a practical understanding of vehicles will help you communicate effectively across teams.
Vehicle Technical Knowledge
Experience or familiarity with automotive processes, parts, or vehicle handling is preferred and will give you a strong head start.
Operations or Admin Experience
Prior experience in logistics, operations coordination, or administrative support within a structured environment is highly valued.
Strong Communication Skills
You will be the bridge between dealers, the factory, and internal teams β clear written and spoken communication is essential.
Singaporean or PR
This role is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only. Employment Pass or other pass holders are not eligible.

Motor Claims Admin
Role Overview
This is a flexible, predominantly work-from-home role ideal for detail-oriented individuals who have experience in motor insurance or claims administration. You will handle the full claims support cycle β from scheduling survey appointments through to administrative processing and settlement coordination.
We especially encourage experienced housewives with relevant background to apply. This role has been thoughtfully structured to provide flexibility while remaining professionally rewarding.
Working Arrangement: Hybrid β mainly WFH Salary: S$1,500 onwards (varies based on full-time or part-time arrangement) Eligibility: Singaporeans & PRs only
Key Responsibilities
